DirecTec LLC was started with a purpose of providing better customer service to all companies no matter big or small.  Eli Gearhart, a tenured security and fire alarm technician, saw a gap in the market where small and mid-sized companies were not provided with adequate customer service by the big Fortune 500 corporations.  He said, "I can do this better."  And he did.

Our team is trained and experienced in the industry.  Several employees hold the national recognized NICET certification in fire alarms.  All technicians have PA Act 34 clearances which include state police and FBI background checks.
